Here’s a quick run down of more beauty & fashion projects that I’ve worked on!
Macy’s
Style Inspo
Style Inspo is an app feature that provides customers with the opportunity to find personalized looks after taking a brief style quiz and swiping left and right on pictures to build a profile of style preferences. The rotating daily feed of outfits can be saved to a shopping list, purchased or shared on social media.
This new experience combines personalization, inspiration and collaborative shopping to help customers discover new products, follow trends and ultimately, make purchasing decisions.
Style Inspo makes the Macy’s App an even more convenient, personalized & immersive experience.
Role: Work with UX team & external partners to provide brand voice & editorial copy guidance.
Macy’s
Virtual Try-On
An augmented reality beauty experience that lives on the Macy’s App & in stores (as a standalone kiosk) that allows customers to virtually discover more than 1,000 beauty products across major brands covering face, eyes & lips cosmetics.
Role: Work with UX team, key beauty business stakeholders & external partners to brand experience & provide brand voice & editorial copy guidance.
Macy’s
Fragrance Bar
A digital-first & highly approachable alternative fragrance shopping experience that allows consumers to discover new scents in stores.
The digital interface shares more information about a fragrance the moment a customer picks
it up & suggests scents that match their preferences.
Role: Established creative copy direction for Macy's Fragrance Bar—a digital-first, in-store experience centered around fragrance education. Collaborated with key stakeholders & external partners on all copy elements—including UX & navigation, info on scent families & key fragrance notes, product reviews & recommendations (additional sizes, available gift & value sets.)
I also worked with Macy’s legal team to brand the experience.
